We had the joy of catering for , bringing along our Salumi by Ash cart stacked with crowd favourites, plus a hand-crafted canapé selection that kept the conversations flowing all night long 🍴🥂

What an incredible evening grazing, connecting, and sharing delicious bites at The Australian Hotel in Townsville. 💛

There’s something so special about rolling in the Salumi cart, setting the table with local cheeses, handmade breads, and all the charcuterie favourites — and watching everyone come together over good food.
