Atelier Chocolat Home of Pain et Chocolat has permanently closed its shop in the heart of Trentham in the Macedon Ranges and will be making chocolate & cakes from a commercial kitchen in Melbourne, starting Feb 2021. Pain et chocolat was born from a fond childhood memory of eating a chocolate bar in a crunchy piece of baguette after school for afternoon tea back home in France...
