š„£BEEF AGNOLOTTI, HAZELNUT, TRUFFLE BUTTERš„£
Time for some real soul food, this cold weather recently has had me craving some filled pasta goooodness.
So I'm getting out all my shiny pasta cutting toys, including my hand-made Sardinian pasta cutter that gives that lace like finish and grabs the sauce like nothing else.
OK "so what's in this weeks take-home pack??
I'm going to be using beef cheek for the filling, braising them with red wine and root veg. The sauce is going to be a mix of truffle, hazelnuts, butter and let's top it with a fryed shallot pangrattato. š¤¤
All of this with a house made garlic focaccia for $25.00 š¤
