Green Papaya Mackay's Shredded Green Papaya is a UNIQUE PRODUCT. We use premium quality fruit from our own plantation in Tropical North Queensland.

We use sustainable farming practices and grow a specific variety of papaya for our salad product. It is freshly picked and chilled the day of processing resulting in a product that is lovely and crunchy. It is shredded using the latest innovation, giving a lovely clean cut that extends shelf life. It is a versatile product, great for use in salads, stir fries, fritters, pickling and preserves.
