2020 ‘Lina Lool’, exuberant and deliciously addictive with this unusual blend of friulano, malvasia istriana, riesling and moscato giallo fermented on skin in Amphora, resulting in a silky waxy wine showcasing scent of honeydew melon, bee wax, honey, orange blossom, finishing with preserved lemon and grapefruit zest perfect company to a confit salmon filet, curry butter and lemon brocolis creating a symphony of aromas driven by combined acidity’s wrapped in amazing soft texture.
