Being on an is no fun. I bring you my treat : blueberry smoothie with frozen coconut cream & toppings. Its laden with calories so dont go there if dieting, but Ive lost 2 kilos of inflammation since going on & , not even counting a single calorie or even able to exercise meaningfully yet (exercise makes who knew? π₯΄). I feel so much better, but I need to work on my endurance & stamina now, but at least I an out of bed!!
I will be posting more and so pls follow along. Pls also remember everyone reacts differently to different foods, as I start to reintroduce foods I will not be as strict either.
