Building BK Kraut from a small-batch passion into an award-winning Australian food business has been such a journey — and to now be recognised alongside so many inspiring women in business is something I’m truly grateful for.

🥒💚 Well… this is pretty exciting!
Our Dill Pickle Sauerkraut has just picked up TWO GOLD MEDALS! 🏆🏆
🥇 Gold — Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards 2026
🥇 Gold — Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 2026

Two very big stages, and a little Canberra-made kraut standing there proudly. 🥹
Made with cabbage, cucumber, dill and sea salt, naturally fermented the old-fashioned way — no sugar, no vinegar, just good fermentation and plenty of crunch.
Thank you to everyone who buys it, eats it, tells a friend, stocks it, and comes back for another tub. This little business keeps growing because of you. 💚
