This is a decision that I’ve been struggling with for a while, but unfortunately it’s time for me to say goodbye as a thermomix consultant at the end April.
Hopefully it won’t be forever.

As my life has taken a different path I now need to focus on my little family and to be able to do that something had to go 😢

Here’s hoping it nots for long, as I love sharing my passion with you all.
I myself hadn’t been using my thermomix much as cooking seemed to be a struggle. Even though it’s something I love to do.
But I’m slowly getting back into it and my kids are trying new foods 🙏🏻🤞🏻

Even though I may not be a consultant I’m still here if you need any advice and if I can’t help I’ll know who to direct you to.

I’m completely blown away with the new thermomix cutter 🤯

Tonight was the 1st time I have had a chance to use it. As it was delivered whilst I was away ✈️🌊👩‍👧‍👦

I was actually surprised my house sitter didn’t take to his mum’s for her to try 🤪🤣

And wow, it took me longer to peel the onion than it did to slice 😳
I was really unsure how the mushrooms would turn out, but wow so thin
I’m definitely sold on this and can’t wait to start using it more in our everyday life 🥰

I’m here to help you get one of these beauties into your kitchen. You won’t regret it.
My regret is it took me nearly a week to use it once I got home

Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday 🎄
Ours was very low key due to sickness, which meant the kids got to stay home and enjoy their new toys

So today we are having our Christmas dinner with friends

Which means I whipped up this Pavlova, it’s so nice and shiny and a sinch to make.

It’s definitely starting to feel like Christmas now I have made and given my 1st gingerbread house for the year 🏠👩🏼‍🍳

This one went to my children’s daycare staff, as they are all fantastic with my kids 👧👶🏻

The amount of houses I do is decreasing this year as I don’t have the time, but a lucky few will still receive them.

Making the gingerbread in the TM6 is a breeze as the recipe I use is all in grams

Do you have a tradition that you do and it doesn’t feel like Christmas 🎄 until it’s done?

How good is it when you can make a platter at the last minute and know that what is on it you made yourself.

Last night I had my work Christmas function at a local paint and sip. I’m definitely no artist, but I give it a go and have fun.

I made or had in the fridge ready to go,
Beetroot, Parmesan & cashew dip
Herb & garlic dip
Quince paste
