Originally a fashion house, Merivale, owned by the Hemmes family has been established in Australia for over 60 years. By 1996 the last of the Merivale fashion stores closed and Merivale became renowned for their commitment to Sydney’s hospitality and entertainment industry. Merivale, owns and operates over 90 venues in NSW and VIC including restaurants, bars, hotels, dedicated meetings & events spaces and multiple leading nightclubs. Merivale has developed a mantra ‘life less ordinary’ and this is exemplified in all Merivale’s properties, activities and service culture.
