Now pouring, the new Tidal Shift #23 Shipsterns Cold IPA with Ryefield Hops 🌿

This beer started with a chance meeting on a beach in NSW between Jono and the owners of Ryefield Hops. A quick chat and an intro to the hops and this beer was born.

🍋 67 IBU
🦘 Chinook, Centennial, Beedelup
🌾 Extra Pale, Corn, Rice

🌿NEW BEER - Tidal Shift #23 Shipsterns Cold IPA with Ryefield Hops 🌿

This beer started with a chance meeting on a beach in NSW between Jono and the owners of Ryefield Hops . A quick chat and an intro to the hops and this beer was born.

The 2026 Chinook, Centennial and Beedelup harvest from Ryefield are the stars of the show here, sitting on an extra pale, corn and rice base that stays well out of the way and lets the hops do their thing. Grippy bitterness, plenty of citrus and layers of tropical fruit, with S-45 lager yeast dialling up the thiol expression.
