Green Goddess Salad - packed full of healthy greens and tastes so great.

Thank you to all my friends and customers who bought a Thermomix from me since I’ve been back as a consultant. I got to Thermofest 25 in Fiji in September, which was absolutely incredible. Thank you for choosing me as your consultant.
Made a very tasty Salted Caramel Slice yesterday, not much of a baker, so happy how this turned out. Everything comes out so well in the Thermomix!
The Recipe suits all Thermomix models. Let me know if you’ve tried it!

Beef stroganoff for dinner last night. It was quick and easy. ( suits TM5, TM6, TM7)
I omitted the 100 ml wine (didn’t have it in ) and just used water instead.
Definately going to add this to my favourites !

I made a cake today! Apple cake.
The hardest part was peeling and slicing the apples 🤣, but it tasted so good and definately one I’ll make again.

I could also scale the recipe down from 8 to 6, I do love the ability to be able to scale recipes on Cookidoo.

I decided to try the Sticky Sesame chicken recipe on Cookidoo ( suitable for TM5, TM6 & TM7), as a couple of friends have said how great it was.
Another recipe I’ll definately make again, and it tasted even better the morning after when I wolfed it down for my breakfast 🤪 🤣

The recipe also has scaling for 2, 4 or 6 portions.

I skipped making the rice in the recipe (I’m not a rice fan) and did the veges in the microwave (the veges were meant to be in the varoma whilst rice was cooking).

Our ‘Christmas in July’ cooking class was a big hit, and has once again inspired me to make things in the Thermomix I wouldn’t normally do.
Gingerbread biscuits (link below) are just yummy, so give them a try. They make heaps, just allow an hour to let the biscuit dough sit in the fridge before baking.

Rosemary and sea salt crackers !
Can be made in TM31, TM5, TM6 and TM7
I have to say I’m loving cookidoo, just being able to search for key words and picking something that takes your fancy.
My keyword was ‘crackers’.
(The word ‘crackers’ always makes me smile as I am a bit ‘crackers’ - my friends will tell you 🤣🤣)

The recipe called for ingredients I didn’t have in as ‘staples’ such as coconut oil, and coconut flour, but I sourced them easily enough.
I forgot to take a picture of the finished crackers, but I’m definately going to do them again.

What thermomix stocks have you made ?
I made a fridge staple yesterday, vegetable stock concentrate.
Been meaning to do it for ages, and have just been using bought stock cubes. Not anymore 🤣
1 tablespoon is equal to one bought stock cube and to use it just add 1 tablespoon to 500 mls of water. This can be kept in the fridge for months in a sealed container.
With the TM7 there is no hole in the lid to put the spatula in to aid chopping, so I changed the search criteria on Cookidoo to TM7 and found a different stock paste recipe.
