Xavier will be taking part in a unique panel discussion and wine tasting on Saturday 23 May for Chardonnay May alongside Piccadilly Valley pioneer Brian Croser and Mornington Peninsula winemaker Mike Symons of Symon’s wines. The three will explore a wide range of Chardonnay styles, including a vertical tasting of DAOSA Blanc de Blancs with the 2021, 2017 (late disgorged), and 2015 vintages. This tasting will provide insight into the stories of Chardonnay through the shared and individual histories of the three winemakers.
