Every morning, too much porridge.
So I make grötbröd - the Swedish trick my mum taught me. Leftover oats, a bit of yoghurt, gluten-free flour, twenty minutes in the oven. Warm, steamy little breads that taste like Sunday morning at my grandmother’s.
Hand-made in my kitchen this morning. Kids approved.
