JoeChef My company provides a catering service for intimate events. I create menus around the local seasonal produce for weddings and other special events.

Joechef was founded by Joseph Griffin former Head Chef of Harvest cafe (2009-20014). He developed his skills and knowledge through years of experience at award winning restaurants, travelling and a commitment to life long learning. Joseph has developed strong relationships with fishermen,farmers and growers to gain extensive knowledge of the produce and seasons in the Northern Rivers. This has ena

bled him to develop menu's that reflect the high quality produce. The team at Joechef prides themselves in providing an honest service with exceptional menus and a fully qualified team of chefs.
