Our family has been cultivating olives for centuries. The fruit has been used for eating, whilst the oil derived from the olive fruit is used on food, in cooking, cosmetics, medicines and soaps, and as a fuel for traditional lamps. The use of olive oil has spread from our homeland in the Mediterranean, and is now consumed in every corner of the world. The same condition
