“Tumut River View”

60cmx90cm

This painting shows the view of the Tumut River from Lacmalac Rd. The view extends from the Lacmalac side where Maria’s family dairy farm was, across the river to the Tumut Plains side. The buildings in the distance are the shearing shed and dairy on their farm. As soon as you rounded the bend and this view came into sight, you always knew you were nearly home!

Thanks Maria Emery - what incredible scenery to welcome you home!

The iconic cerise and blue striped St Joseph’s College blazer. This commission is a graduation gift that will serve as a fabulous reminder of all the memories and experiences gained while at Joey’s.

Another beauty of Wagga done. The Wagga beach, Cathedral, Playhouse, Robertson Oval and Bolton Park can all be spotted from this point of view.
Adoring this gentle colour palette. Such a beautiful choice.

“From Dad: This painting is more than a picture, it’s a window back to the place that shaped my childhood. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful reminder of where my story began. I’ll treasure it always.”

you guys are so beautiful for organising this for your Dad 💙💙

This aerial of Wagga is for an awesome family who are collecting paintings for their home of the places they have lived together. This is their second piece of mine, their first was from Tassie, where they lived when their first son was born. What a clever way to fill their walls đŸ€Ž

Thanks , you’re an absolute legend.

In this piece you can find a few of our local landmarks, like the Wagga Beach, the Riverina Playhouse, the Cathedral, police station, court house, Romano’s hotel, the Pavilion and over the back is the race course. Loved painting this one!

For a beautiful friend and colleague, who has been a part of our Henschke community for over 30 years. A fitting reminder of their life here before she moves a long way away from here.
Particularly sweet because this area of our school doesn’t exist anymore (with the new build), yet is iconic.

‘Glenburn’

This sheep and cropping farm near Rand was originally owned by Mel’s husband’s great-grandparents 100 years ago. After changing hands, her in-laws Barry & Bev bought it back in ’96. Today, Mel, Ben, and their boys live in the original homestead, built by Ben’s great grandparents, which they have just renovated.
Look closely and you’ll see “Ferndale” (the original McLellan family farm), land along the Billabong Creek.
This painting actually includes the paddocks of their neighbours farm, who I did a painting for last year! So cool.
What a pleasure to paint something so meaningful.

This beautiful home nestled into the Victorian Strathbogie Ranges at Kithbrook, was home to Viv’s Grandparents (and I’m obsessed with it). The property has been in this family for the past 140 years. Viv is one of 12 grandchildren who have such loving memories of spending their school holidays there as kids. Every part of this painting contains sentimental features that bring back so many fond memories. This was the perfect piece to have commissioned as Viv is about to move across the country, so she can take a piece of home with her.
