Mark Wiens tastes buds busts with delicious food from visiting a few Lauan islands of Fiji.
In Kabara he witnessed Fiji's traditional Earth Roasting technique called "Lovo" where meat, seafood and staples are roasted in the earth. Our ancestors have been doing this traditional roast ever since they sat foot in Fiji as first settlers and traditional holders of the land.
We all enjoy its tradition, food and citizenship today 🇫🇯
