Richard and Abbey invite you to an intimate evening of food and wine at Seasons Pantry, featuring a specially curated five-course menu with optional matched wines from Oxberry Wines.
We’re delighted to welcome Kylie and Ian from Oxberry Wines as our guest hosts for the evening, sharing the stories behind each wine, their winemaking journey, and life on the farm.

Canapés

Tasmanian pepperberry-crusted venison carpaccio, port syrup, horseradish and lemon cream
Little Rivers gin-cured ocean trout with pineapple sage and buckwheat

Rolled navarin of mutton with roasted root vegetables, saddle of lamb with spinach and hazelnut stuffing, parsnip purée, and redcurrant Pinot jus
