😢 With heavy hearts, countless sleepless nights, and more tears than we can express, our team here @ Lettuce Eat have made the incredibly difficult decision to hang up our aprons and pass the baton after 26 beautiful years of serving our community.
For us, it has never been just about delivering fresh, delicious food and warm service. It has always been about the people. It’s been about the conversations shared across the counter, the familiar faces we’ve watched grow over the years, the laughter, the life updates and the quiet moments of support. Connecting with our community has truly been the heart of everything we do.
Through this journey, we have weathered so much together. We survived the GFC, not one but two floods, devastating bushfires and COVID — and through it all, we stood stronger, because we stood together. Your support during those challenging times carried us forward and reminded us why we do what we do.
These years have been so much more than hospitality. They’ve been filled with friendships that feel like family, shared stories, celebrations, and even tears along the way. You have welcomed us into your lives — and in doing so, you’ve become such a meaningful part of ours.
While this chapter is coming to an end, food will always be in our blood — whether it’s serving it with love or simply gathering around a table to enjoy it. That passion will never leave us.
This decision has not come lightly. Our bond with this wonderful, loyal community — every client and customer who has supported and loved us so wholeheartedly — is something we will carry with us forever. Your unwavering loyalty, kindness, and encouragement have meant more than words can truly say.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for 26 unforgettable memorable years … we are endlessly grateful ❤️
