All of our beautiful bottles are available for drink-ins at their marked takeaway prices… including these indescribable ‘24 gems from Elio Altare.

The Altare family are legends in Langhe.
Elio was one of the Barolo boys, a group of young men who defied tradition and helped modernise winemaking in the region.
Seriously unreal value to be had drinking in tonight - The Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo are all available at unbelievably modest prices.

What better way to celebrate than with a fancy-bottle of fridge-red,
Here’s two French (at heart) ‘25s we think are drinking well from the very French Jean Bouteille

Bâtard is Trousseau from the Small Fry Vineyard in the Barossa,
A little miracle coming from the second flush of fruit after a challenging growing season. It’s light bodied with deep amaro-like edge and vivid red fruits.

Brisures is Gamay from the Lansdowne Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. There’s more body here, with darker fruits and crunchy tannin at play. A lift of juicy natural acidity makes it an excellent candidate for the day we’re having!

We’ve been enamoured by all of the Dhillon releases we’ve had the pleasure of serving you so far this year and Michael has been kind enough to sort us out a tiny allocation of his coveted Pinot Noirs.

Today is our second-last Sunday roast of the season.
It also coincides with the release of new Langhe Nebbiolo and the ‘22 Barolos from Massolino - Azienda Agricola Vigna Rionda

This year again; Parussi is the site that we most adored - as always there isn’t a lot to go around, big bottles available of the white labels if you’re bringing friends!
