Stracciatella Bruschetta with roasted cherry tomatoes 🍅✨
Creamy, garlicky, fresh and full of flavour, this is the kind of bite that disappears fast 🤍

Recipe 👇
🍞 Preheat oven to 200°C
🍅 Add cherry tomatoes to a baking tray in a single layer
🫒 Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, add garlic paste, salt & pepper, mix well
🔥 Roast 20–30 mins until soft, juicy & blistered
⏳ Let cool slightly
🧀 Spoon That’s Amore stracciatella into a bowl
🍅 Top with roasted tomatoes + garlicky juices
🌿 Finish with fresh basil
🍞 Toast baguette & rub with garlic (optional but highly recommended)
