I don't know about anyone else but I LOVE a good muffin and I've been on a bit of a muffin mission lately to bake the perfect one!
These buttermilk choc chip muffins are moist delicious, and not too dense. 😋

Only thing to do now is decide how many can I acceptably eat in a day and what flavour to bake next!? 🤔
