Big things are taking shape at Pent & Barrel… and we couldn’t keep this little sneak peek to ourselves 🤭

It’s been a huge week watching more of our vision come to life. The lighting is in, and what a difference it’s made! You can already start to feel the atmosphere we’ve been dreaming of ✨

Our acrylic colour samples have also arrived for the restaurant’s light installation… a little hint of the colour and characters still to come 👀

And then there’s the green wall…. 🌿
Standing FIVE metres high, this incredibly lifelike beauty is beginning to take shape, and we’re already a little obsessed…

There’s still plenty to do and so much more to reveal. If you’re excited now, just wait until you see it all come together 😉

Some things are worth taking your time over. And for us, it’s absolutely everything…

From the moment you walk through our doors, we want Pent & Barrel to be an experience that engages every sense. The atmosphere, the surroundings, the flavours, the aromas and all those little details you might not even notice, but will certainly remember 😉

We’re not just creating somewhere to eat and drink. We’re creating a destination worth coming back for..

And when it comes to one of the most important elements, we’re leaving that in the very capable hands of Dylan, our master brewer..

Having studied the art of brewing in Munich, Germany (home of Oktoberfest) and with commercial brewing experience behind him, Dylan lives and breathes all things b**r. What started as a passion has become an obsession with perfecting his craft, dedicating countless hours to developing and refining the recipes that will eventually find their way into your glass 🍻

While we patiently await the installation of our commercial brewing equipment, with more still making its way from overseas, Dylan is already hard at work behind the scenes, ensuring every brew is exactly where he wants it to be before we open our doors..

Great things take time, and we can’t wait for you to taste what he’s been creating.

We’ve been a little quiet over here… but for VERY good reason 👀

Behind these doors, an absolute mountain of work has been happening thanks to our incredible trades and Pent & Barrel is finally starting to look like the place we’ve had in our heads for so long.

What was once an old shed in need of some serious love is becoming something pretty special. Edgy. Vibrant. A little unexpected. And we’re only just getting started.

We’ve also had a LOT of questions about what Pent & Barrel actually is. So, here it is. Think big-city energy, without the big-city postcode💥

Pent & Barrel is a brewery, restaurant and bar - all built together under one roof. We’ll be brewing our own craft b**rs right here in Yarragon. Tank to tap, metres from where you’ll be drinking them 🍺

But b**r isn’t the only thing pouring. Cocktails. W**e. Spirits. Your favourites. Our favourites. And probably a few things you haven’t tried yet..

Then there’s the food. Fresh. Bold. Built for sharing. Big flavours, plenty of variety and dishes you probably won’t expect to find in an old shed in Yarragon 🤭

Because the brewery isn’t the backdrop. The restaurant isn’t an afterthought. And the bar isn’t just there to make up the numbers. B**r. Food. Drinks. Atmosphere. It all matters !

There are still a few major boxes to tick before we can throw those doors open, so we’re keeping the opening date to ourselves for just a little longer. But it’s coming together and we genuinely can’t wait for you to see what’s behind these doors…
