We’re a family run business that focuses on tender and quality meals straight from the paddock.
We have grass-fed beef boxes in 1/8 (23 kg), 1/4, (45 kg), and 1/2 (90 kg) of dressed weight. All hung and cut by our local butcher.

Got to have some delicious meatball subs tonight made by our grandson. Everyone was able to create their own sub with a variety of salad options and plenty of sauces.

The family loves using our own grass-fed for dinner.

Rissoles for dayyysss

We’ve been loving the rissoles with our own grass-fed mince. They’ve been so juicy and flavoursome.

We have beast boxes available right now!! We do 1/8 a beast (approx. 23 kg), 1/4 a beast (approx. 45 kg), and 1/2 beast (approx. 90 kg). Our beast boxes come with a variety of cuts include rump, silverside, t-bone, blade, brisket, sausages, mince, and diced steak.

Some table shenanigans.

Our grandson loves to coat his dishes in sauce, and gets a fun tease about it. You gotta do what you gotta do to eat your veggies (he does love boiled cabbage though).
