RIZ Krajina Production of freshwater fish from eggs to adult fish (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Riz Krajina d.o.o. Farm capacity is 700 tones of commercial size of trout.

is a company whose main activity is the production of trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ). It consists of two farms , one of is the hatchery at the spring of river where we spawn trout and rearing of fingerlings . Then the Fingerlings go to our second farm, which is located in Martin Brod and on that farm trout grows to market size . The average temperature of the water at the farm is 10 degree. Pool a

rea in which trout is grown is 10500 m2 divided into 99 pools, the farm has between 5,000 and 6,000 liters of water per second. Number of changes of water on the farm during 24 hours is approximately 60 times . Especially emphasize that the spring of the river Unac (river which supply our farm in Martin Brod whit water) is located in a canyon 700 meters upstream from the farm . The water is completely safe to drink for humans. We own the HACCP system establishment in the breeding , preparation and delivery of fish, and our trout is cleaned in processing factory in Banja Luka called Tropic doo Banja Luka, and their factory has Kosher Certificate.
