One classic. One complete recipe.

Ingredients:
60 ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
22.5 ml fresh lemon juice
22.5 ml simple syrup
15 ml egg white or aquafaba, optional
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method:
Dry shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel or cocktail cherry.

The Wh***ey Sour balances bourbon, fresh citrus and sweetness, with optional egg white or aquafaba for texture.
