Designation: Customer Experience Associate, Omera Call Center
The incumbent will be responsible for the following key Activities:
· Receive customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
· Customer Database Management, Weekly Report, and analysis.
· Making sales or recommendations for products and services.
· Manage Telesales
· Manage Customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about product delivery, billing, etc as and when required.
· Staying updated on product prices and sales representatives according to the area.
· Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately and ability to provide training to recruits in similar positions.
· The incumbent must be flexible to have rooster duties subject to the availability of other customer care associates
Requirements:
· Business Graduate in any discipline (Major in Media Communications will add value).
· 1-2 Year experience working in a call center or customer support role.
· Strong active – listening and verbal communication skills.
· Strong Literary comprehension capability.
· Proficiency in problem-Solving.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Experience in customer Sales.
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
