📌Cashew nut salad is always one of my favourite because of its juiciness and the bite of cashew nut while eating. It’s also very colourful 🥗🥰

♦️Mouthwatering Sweet Potatoes Kalojam Mishti coated with Mawa🤤🤤
Very easy to make and yummmmmmyyyyy tooooooo!! 👌🏻👌🏻

♦️Sweet Potatoes Kalojam mishti is very much similar in taste to Gulab Jamun/ Laal Mohon. Kalojam is just fried for longer to get that firm coating. Of course there are other differences as well, but it’s pretty much the same and super easy to make 😄😄
They turned out really good and absolutely luscious 😛😛

♦️For making sweet potato’s kalojam mishti you have to mix mashed sweet potatoes , milk powder, flour,ghee, baking powder and make a dough. Make small balls out of them then fry in oil with medium heat. When balls turn to dark colour after frying, you have to soak them in sugar syrup for some hours. Then roll them in Mawa. Kalojam is ready to eat 😋😋

♦️This is so delicious. In every bite of it you’ll get the smell of deep fried doughballs in pure oil. It is so soft that you don’t need to give any effort. Just have it for once I guess you won’t regret. Would definitely recommend this 💯

♦️This absolute mouthwatering dessert is our traditional favourite, whenever we visit someone we bring sweets. In every Bengali occasion this sweet is always specially served 💝💝

✏️ Presenting my special treat 🤗🤩
✏️Simple,easy and so refreshing. One of my most favourite❤️😍

✏️𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
🔸2 tsp Ghee
🔸1 & 1/2 Cup Vermicelli
🔸4 Cup Liquid Milk
🔸1/2 Cup Milk Powder
🔸1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
🔸4 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
🔸4 tbsp Sugar
🔸Pinch Of Salt
🔸6-7 Almonds Roughly Chopped
🔸6-7 Cashews Roughly Chopped
🔸6-7 Pistachios Roughly Chopped

✏️𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐈𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠:
🔸In a pan add ghee and once it melts add the vermicelli.
🔸Roast the vermicelli on medium flame for around 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown in colour and releases an aromatic smell.
🔸In another pan add liquid milk and bring it to a boil.
🔸Now add milk powder & cardamom powder
🔸Add the roasted vermicelli in the milk & cook for around 7-8 minutes or until the vermicelli is cooked. It will double in size.
🔸Add sugar, pinch of salt, almond, cashew, pistachios and cook till the sugar dissolves completely.
🔸Now in a small bowl add custard powder & cold milk and mix till it forms smooth.
🔸Add the custard mixture in the milk and cook for another 2-3 minutes. It will start to thicken. Do not over cook. Now let it cool down completely.
🔸Garnish with roasted vermicelli & pomegranate.

🍁Deep Fried Shrimp is also called Ebi Fry and is a western influenced dish💁🏻‍♀️😎

🍁Shrimp is one of our favourite ingredients in the household, coated with flour,beaten egg and then deep fried to a golden brown. Simply irresistible😋😘

🍁Usually I go up with any item related shrimp like shrimp tempura,wrapped shrimp etc. Though it is not an easy task to make these item at home, I tried a little bit to match up the restaurants🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

🍁All you need is freshly washed shrimps and proper seasoning so that it can balance the crispy outer coating👍🏻🤩
🍁At first I marinated the shrimps with some salt,black pepper,red chilli powder,ginger and garlic paste and continue with breadcrumb🙂

🍁It’s juicy but super crispy on the outside! It comes together soo quickly and it’s an excellent dish to enjoy with fried rice and tartar sauce🤗🍱

🍁I can not resist but to eat and snack multiple times throughout the day😉😜

🍁A perfectly fried and crunchy dish that would go well with any of your meals. Pick Ebi Fry as your starter. Get these crunchy shrimps into your life ASAP👌🏻🥰
