🦚Traditionally they are steamed in jackfruit leaf cones with the leave lending it’s beautiful vein pattern to the pitha 🍃🌲

🦚It’s a very popular pitha for every Bangladeshi and the most favourite pitha in my family. My Mom makes the best taal er pitha undoubtedly! No one can beat the taste of my Mom’s Taal er pitha. She’s a great cook,don’t miss it guys! 🧕😍

📌Pitha is an emotion when it comes to us! It can be sweet or savoury, which mainly consists of only few ingredients as rice flour, molasses & shredded coconut ☺️🍚🥥

📌Palm Fruit Pitha is nothing but a type of dumpling but when it comes to Taler Pitha to be a precise, this is more of a cake. In fact though look like a typical sponge cake but taste with the taler Pitha is something unique. Coconut and palm along give the distinct flavour to the Taler Bibikhana Pitha 🥥🌰

📌Mom made these adorable and the most tastiest Taler Bibikhana Pitha. It was super soft from the outside and chewy on the inside😋😍

📌Palm flavoured Bibikhana Pitha with shredded coconut on top. This dessert made with rice flour , the toddy palm fruit, palm sugar, baking powder,cardamom powder,salt and coconut milk 🍙🥫🫙🧂🥛

📌A symphony of tal, grated coconut and crushed peanut. A whiff of cardamom. And steamed to perfection 🔥🤙🏻
