ঈদ আসবে আর বাঙালির ঘরে সেমাই রান্না হবে না তা তো হতেই পারে না 🫶সবাইকে ঈদের অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা।
ঈদ মোবারক 💫🎉⭐
উপকরণ:
ঘি ২ টেবিল চামচ
সেমাই এক প্যাকেট
চিনি স্বাদমতো
এরপরে ভালো করে নেড়েচেড়ে আঠালোভাবে এনে সেমাই টা পরিবেশন করতে হবে বিভিন্ন ধরনের বাদাম দিয়ে এবং কিসমিস দিয়ে এবং হয়ে গেল আমাদের মজাদার সেমাই।

পালং শাকের পাকড়া। সুস্বাদু আর পুষ্টিকর।
পালং শাকে রয়েছে অনেক আয়রন যা আমাদের শরীরের জন্য উপকারী👌
রেসিপি: পালং শাক
ধনিয়া পাতা
মরিচ কুচি
আদা বাটা
রসুন বাটা
পেঁয়াজ কুচি
কুচি করে কেটে ভেজে রাখা মুরগী মাংস
ডিম একটি
ময়দা 1কাপ
লবণ স্বাদমতো
মরিচ গুঁড়া 1 চামচ
হলুদ গুঁড়া 1 চামচ
সবশেষে ভালোমত মাখিয়ে তেলে ভেজে নিতে হবে এবং তৈরি হয়ে যাবে সুস্বাদু ও পুষ্টিকর পালং শাকের পাকড়া।

নতুন নতুন রেসিপি try করতে বেশ মজা লাগে। আর খেতেও দারুন। ঘরে বসে এমন মজাদার এবং হেলথি স্ন্যাকস বানিয়ে ফেলুন খুব সহজেই।. ....... ..
Recipe:

2 egg 🥚
5ta bread 🍞
1 cup of shuji
1cup milk 🥛
Cheese 🧀
Mixed it into the blender and put the batter into the pan. Then fry the sausage.
Cook it until it's form into a pizza dough...

Sabudana pudding 🍮🤤
Recipe: 1kg heavy cream milk
5 eggs
3 table spoon of powder milk
3 big spoon of sugar
1 small spoon of vanilla essence for flavor 🤤
Then mix it into the mixer.. strain it with a strainer and put it into the steam .....
And it's ready toooo eat🤤🍮
(Note: You can add sabudana if u want to. If then you have to boil your sabudana and then put the sabudanas into the mixer of pudding)
