Resistance forces in Myanmar's Magway Region say they have captured more than 70 members of a pro-government militia following operations in Kukko Su and surrounding areas of Pauk Township. The United States military said it attacked radar installations on Iran's southern coast after intercepting four Iranian drones launched toward the Strait of Hormuz, marking the latest escalation to test the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran.

According to US Central Command (CENTCOM), American forces shot down four one-way attack drones that were heading toward the strategic waterway before striking Iranian coastal surveillance radar sites in the city of Goruk and on Qeshm Island.

A ceasefire between the United States and Iran has been in effect since April 8, but efforts to reach a more permanent settlement have so far failed, leaving tensions high across the region.

The primary reason for the deterioration of our relations with the UAE is its close political, commercial, and economic ties with Israel.

We have evidence indicating that the United States and the Zionist regime used Emirati airspace and territory against us during the recent war.

Turkish Foreign Minister H.E. Hakan Fidan arrived in Dhaka today for a three-day official visit aimed at strengthening diplomatic ties and expanding cooperation between Bangladesh and Türkiye.

Upon his arrival at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Hakan Fidan was warmly received by Bangladesh’s Foreign Minister H.E. Dr. Khalilur Rahman, State Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Shama Obaed Islam, Foreign Adviser H.E. Humayun Kabir, and senior government officials.
