👉This is our take on pineapple pickle using your favorite fresh pineapple. It has a complex mixture of flavorful herbs and spices and that makes the base of the pickle absolutely delicious!

We avoided the sour notes in the recipe. There is a slight hint of sweetness at the beginning and it is all heat for the rest of the way. 🙂
