Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: BDT 20,000 per month
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Diploma/B.Sc. in CSE/EEE from any reputed institution.
Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT operations, including:
Handling and managing company social media platforms
Maintaining office desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
Providing hardware, software, and network troubleshooting support
Maintaining CCTV cameras and monitoring systems
Supporting internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, router, and basic network connectivity issues
Assisting in basic website, email, and digital platform support
Creating basic designs and promotional materials using Canva
Using AI tools to improve office work, content creation, reporting, and productivity
Maintaining IT asset records and ensuring proper documentation
Coordinating with vendors or service providers when required
Performing any other IT-related tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and office IT systems
Basic knowledge of social media management and digital content handling
Experience with Canva design will be an advantage
Good understanding of AI tools and their practical use in office work
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Employee Facilities:
Monthly salary: BDT 20,000
6 working days per week: Saturday to Thursday
Government holidays as per company policy
