🔹 Location: Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute impactful social media strategies across all major platforms.
Create, write, and manage engaging Bangla and English content for posts, reels, and campaigns.
Plan and monitor monthly content calendars and promotional activities.
Track analytics to measure post performance and audience engagement.
Respond to messages, comments, and maintain positive community interaction.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content.
💡 Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong Bangla typing and Bangla content writing skills are mandatory.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Bangla.
Proven experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok pages.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and knowledge of current digital trends.
Prior experience in digital marketing, content writing, or page moderation will be an advantage.
