Payment Terms: 80% & 20% L/C at Sight
BG (Bank Guarantee): Bank Guarantee Need for all Law Enforcement Authorities. No need Bank Guarantee for Bangladesh Army, Navy, Air force
PG (Performance Guarantee): 10% Performance Guarantee need for goods tender after win the Tender. 2.5% to 7% PG need for Works Tender.
(There is no Risk Factor for BG & PG, as it is under Bank to Bank process and Int’l Rules)
