জিলহজের ৯ তারিখ (আরাফার দিন) ফজর থেকে শুরু করে ১৩ তারিখ আসর পর্যন্ত তাকবির পড়া বাধ্যতামূলক. এই দিনগুলোকে 'আইয়ামে তাশরিক' বলা হয়.

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক প্রত্যেক পুরুষ ও নারীর জন্য প্রতিটি ফরজ নামাজের পর অন্তত একবার এই তাকবির পড়া ওয়াজিব। জামাতে নামাজ পড়লে ইমাম-মুক্তাদি সবাই এবং একাকী নামাজ পড়লেও এই তাকবির আদায় করতে হয়।

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
উচ্চারণ: আল্লাহু আকবার, আল্লাহু আকবার, লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহু ওয়াল্লাহু আকবার, আল্লাহু আকবার, ওয়া লিল্লাহিল হামদ।
অর্থ: আল্লাহ মহান, আল্লাহ মহান। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোনো উপাস্য নেই। আল্লাহ মহান, আল্লাহ মহান। সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর জন্য।

he held Abdul Baten's hand and said "amar jodi kono d'osh thake, apni prokasshe amake f'-a-s'-hi diye den."

he just can't process what was his daughter's fault, what did that little c'hild do to deserve this.

this is very sad, I just can't hold my tears as I listened to this helpless father. no father deserves such moment.

May Allah give him the strength to recover, may Allah bless his daughter with Jannah.
