প্রতি বছর এপ্রিল মাসে সুন্দরবনের মধু সগ্রহের অনুমতি দিলেও গত বছর থেকে মধু সংগ্রহের অনুমতি এক মাস এগিয়ে মার্চ মাসের ১৫ তারিখ করা হয়েছে।

প্রতি বছরের মত আমরা আমাদের ১০০ জন মৌয়াল টিম কে মধু সংগ্রহের উদ্দেশ্যে সকল প্রয়োজনীয় বাবস্থা গ্রহন সম্পন্ন করেছি।

OxR Foods Limited is a dynamic and fast-growing food manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality food products. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new customers through cold-calling, networking, and other sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs

Requirements:
• Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary: 12,000.00 BDT-16,000.00BDT (based on interview) Mobile bill, Tea, Snack/Tiffin, Yearly Two Bonus.
