Diaz Brewing Company

24/08/2026

The transformation is underway.

Diaz Brewing Company is growing from an idea into a place where everyone can enjoy good beer, good music, and good company.

It’s been a journey filled with hard work, learning, and plenty of passion—and we’re getting closer every day.

Something special is brewing in Baudour.

Our Christmas beer is ready and is available in our eshop! Where Is Santa? (Coconut Christmas Ale)

Get ready to experience the holidays like never before with “Where is Santa” a Coquito-inspired Belgian Dark Strong Christmas Beer.

Drawing from our Puerto Rican roots, this festive brew is rich and decadent, blending the smooth, spiced flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla with the bold, malty sweetness of a classic Belgian ale.

With hints of coconut and warming spices, “Xmas in Belgium” is the perfect fusion of Caribbean holiday cheer and Belgian brewing tradition.

Raise a glass and celebrate the season with this one-of-a-kind Christmas beer!
