Rwanda Mountain Tea uses no pesticides or herbicides in its tea plantations giving it one of the purest teas available. The young hand-picked leaves are carefully chosen and processing is done

with the greatest care and quality control. The ‘Single Origin’ black tea has won first prize at the African Tea Convention 2013, recognised as the best black tea in Africa. Rwanda Mountain Tea is committed to improving living standards of local tea growers and has initiated various projects to help improve their living standards and educational level. Rwanda Mountain Tea puts a lot of emphasis on the preservation of the environment and uses tea only from fully Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.
