Raised by two industrious women (my grandma and mom) who themselves were good cooks and ran a food business for years, cooking and exploring different recipes became a hobby for me.. whilst I help them both at home and at their food joint, I found it full filing. Seeing people coming to sit over a plate of food they share jokes and laughter filled the air. This made me realise how important good f
ood and a peaceful environment are. I loved serving these people, and it made me happy to be part of someone's happy moment even if it was just over a "basic" but yummy plate of food.. this is the same feeling I want to create for everyone who walks into D-afroflavours restaurant to enjoy the taste of Cameroonian (African) flavours.
