3 things we heard over and over at DCBC
We spent most of DCBC listening. Here’s what kept coming up - maybe you’re dealing with the same:
-- “We don’t want full automation. We want control.”
Most brewers aren’t trying to eliminate work - they want fewer mistakes, fewer handovers, and a setup that doesn’t fight them.
-- “Canning is tempting - but overwhelming.”
The jump from zero to full line is huge. A lot of brewers asked about gradual steps into packaging without betting the house.
-- “Our manual process/gear works… until we scale.”
The tools that served you at 10 hL/week often buckle at 25+. Most setups aren’t broken - just mismatched to where the brewery is now.
