Introducing:
Named after the insurgents of Mexican independence, Pelotón de la Muerte comes with a bit of attitude but the liquid keeps it feet firmly grounded. No frills, no fuss, just straight-up mezcal made the traditional way in Guerrero and Oaxaca.

Their core Espadín is vegetal, smoky, and raw in the best sense: a mezcal that does the job without trying too hard. But the lineup goes deeper, with wild agaves like Criollo and Cupreata making quiet appearances for those paying attention.

Don’t get caught on the wrong side of the peloton at Copitas!

Introducing:
No blending, no diffusion, no mystery. Mezcal Vago puts the maestro front and center, just like they always have. Each label tells you exactly who made it, where, how, and from which agave. It’s not a brand with a set recipe: it’s a collection of personal, regional spirits bottled with full transparency.

From clay pot distillations in Sola de Vega to copper stills in Miahuatlán, Vago’s mezcales are wild, complex, and deeply expressive of place. Each batch is a one-off: there is no standardisation, no second chances, just the spirit as it came out that season.

Mezcal Vago will be pouring at Copitas on the 28th of September at in Oostende. Tickets via link in bio!

Introducing:
Made in the heights of Mazamitla at over 2,000 metres above sea level, Tierra Noble isn’t just another tequila, you can call it a mountain spirit. The altitude slows everything down: the agave grows slower, the fermentation takes its time, and the flavours come out layered and clean.
This is tequila that plays both sides: traditional methods like masonry ovens and open-air fermentation vs a precise, almost philosophical approach to blending. Their blanco is rested before bottling, their añejo finishes in French oak, and every detail is intentional without ever losing the soul of cooked agave.

Tierra Noble, the high altitude tequila, served at sea level during Copitas on the 28th of September at in Oostende. Tickets via link in bio!

Introducing:
In the highlands of Jalisco, where the red volcanic soils lend both strength and nuance to the blue agave, Casa Noble has been quietly refining its craft for over seven generations. Under the guidance of maestro tequilero José Hermosillo, this house has become known for its dedication to organic farming, slow distillation, and barrel aging their delicate tequilas.

What sets Casa Noble apart is its embrace of triple distillation, a rare step in tequila-making. From unaged blancos to long-rested añejos, each bottle tells the story of land and labour, anchored in tradition yet shaped by careful innovation. The result is a tequila that’s confident, clean, quietly complex and waiting for you to be discovered at Copitas.

Introducing:
From the hills and agaves of guerrero comes a mezcal, slightly hidden at first but roaring loudly once up close. El tigre, the tiger, is a project that officially started in 2011 but has roots that go deeper. Damian and Raquel, the founders, wanted to connect mezcal and its culture from Damian’s family’s ancestral home in Atempa-Xulchuchio.

Via his tío, himself an established mezcalero, they- and by extension the world- were introduced to several families of mezcaleros who bottled the essence and terroir of their region in a liquid. If you don’t pay attention, you could miss it, but once you try, you inderstand this tiger’s roar. Discover El Tigre at Copitas! Tickets via link in bio.

Introducing:
Bozal; meaning “wild” or “untamed” refers to both the rugged, remote origins of its agaves and the wild fermentation process that shapes its character. Harvested in the rural landscapes of Oaxaca, Guerrero, and Durango, these mezcals are made using time-honoured methods: small-batch, clay or copper pot stills yet always expressive of place.

From rare agave varietals like tobala and tepeztate to carefully balanced ensambles, Bozal’s lineup is earthy, mineral, and unmistakably bold. Come explore their wild side at Copitas!

Introducing:
Don Fulano is born in the highlands of Jalisco, a product of the Fonseca family; 5th generation agave farmers. Their legacy begins over 140 years ago and continues today in La Tequileña, one of the highest rated and most awarded tequila distilleries. This vino de mezcal is described by the family as an agricultural product and if you think about the origin of tequila: hand selected mature agaves from the family’s estate.

That’s followed up by a process that takes no shortcuts: time is the most inportant ingredient. In cooking, fermenting, distilling and ageing. Enrique Fonseca learned his craft slowly, step by step and introduced new ageing and blending techniques unheard of in the world of tequila, creating tequilas rich with agave character and graved with a delicate finish. One to discover at Copitas!
