Everyone here at WHC Lab Group is wishing Laragh Gaa the very best of luck in the Wicklow Intermediate Football Final tomorrow!

We're headed to the CIBD Great Northern Section tomorrow!

Join them at Ad Gefrin in Wooler for the Chartered Institute of Brewers and Distillers - CIBD Great Northern Section’s day of technical talks, networking and a behind-the-scenes distillery tour.

Vicky will be joining the speaker line-up, sharing her expertise alongside voices from across the wh**ky and brewing industries, while Pete will also be there representing WHC Lab. Expect plenty of technical insight, good conversation and the chance to learn more about wh**ky production in the surroundings of Ad Gefrin’s Anglo-Saxon Museum and distillery.

Our US team closed out a brilliant few days by hosting the official after-party at Ardent Craft Ales, with Zinger IPA, brewed with our LAX yeast, pouring on tap for the occasion.

Home to nearly 350 breweries, Virginia has a thriving brewing community, and we’re excited to be joining brewers from across the state for three days of learning, networking and plenty of b**r.

The conference features 30+ educational sessions alongside the trade show, and you can find the WHC Lab team at Booth 6 from today through Wednesday.

We’re also delighted to be sponsoring the closing party at Ardent Craft Ales, where a special West Coast Pale Ale brewed with WHC Lab LAX will be pouring for the occasion.

A brilliant few days in Bengaluru 🇮🇳

We’ve wrapped up a successful Brews And Spirits 2026, where the WHC Lab team spent three packed days meeting brewers, distillers and drinks producers from across India and beyond.

It was great to be part of an event bringing the entire industry together, sharing ideas, talking fermentation and exploring how the right yeast and brewing solutions can help producers get more from every brew.

A brilliant few days in Bengaluru 🇮🇳

We’ve wrapped up a successful Brews & Spirits Expo 2026, where the WHC Lab team spent three packed days meeting brewers, distillers and drinks producers from across India and beyond.

It was great to be part of an event bringing the entire industry together, sharing ideas, talking fermentation and exploring how the right yeast and brewing solutions can help producers get more from every brew.

A special technical session in India 🇮🇳

Paul and Peter are in Bengaluru this week for Brews & Spirits Expo 2026, but before the show got underway, they kicked things off with a technical session at Legends Microbrewery on Tuesday.

The session explored brewing solutions across yeast, enzymes and bacteria, with a particular focus on introducing Thiol Unleashed, our dry yeast developed to help brewers unlock bold, thiol-driven aroma and flavour.

A great opportunity to get into the technical detail, share knowledge and talk brewing with the local community ahead of three busy days at the Expo.

Last week, headed to **rfest. He enjoyed some fantastic b**r, food, live music and entertainment, plus caught up with some brewing friends.

A successful day at the WineGB National Trade & Press Tasting 🍷

Will was there representing WHC Lab, tasting his way through some of the best of English and Welsh w**e and, more importantly, having plenty of great conversations with producers across the industry.

There’s huge potential for our yeast and fermentation solutions to add value to w**e production, and we’re excited to explore where WHC Lab can make a difference.
