change is here - and its scary 🥲

We started the foodtruck in 2022 - to promote our supermarket dumplings.
But it grew out to be our biggest & most enjoyable side of the business.

We’ve met so many of you through this aluminium box and shared priceless memories.

From bringing deco on because our discoballs got stolen to using our fridge cell as a cool-off space for customers on TML. 😮‍💨

We’ve served +500.000 dumplings to you - even when you were more fried than our onions :))
And we love(d) every single one of you 💕

But the world is evolving & so must we.
Young & new is not us anymore - that’s .be (love our little brothers)
We’re older & experienced - and it’s time to reflect that in our food(truck).

Cara pills traded in for natuurwijntjes.
Fried onions swapped with saved bread croutons.
But dumplings?

Not going anywhere - just getting better 🫡🥟

Janneke worked here five years as a student. She came here as a little baby (21 lol) and stayed until Pukkelpop 2024. Believe me - it was an emotional goodbye.

She worked a year in another company - doing a big girl job - but there was still something missing in all of it.

Legally - we can’t say her previous job was worse but we can definitely say we’re better.
Because how can we not be? If you’re enjoying mixing carrots and ginger it must mean that the vibe here is definitely a nice one.

But she’s not a student anymore and this picture is actually kinda fake. She runs our operations, team meetings and everything back office related.
We’re your little pieces of ginger and carrots now that you swirl into a nice filling

4 years of .care 🧼🍾

Wondr celebrated 4y of not going bankrupt and asked us for catering

we wanted to flex our culinary muscle so we made a menu completely based on their soap ingredients:

🌸 Lavender Haze: Lavender infused cream with sauteed mushrooms, fine herbs & crispy parmesan tiles

🍊Juicy Orange: Orange segments with edamame dumplings, delicated roasted beet slices on an arugula bed of creamy ricotta

🌿 Apricot Dream: a new tofu dill dumpling with honey glazed apricots & rosemary

🍒 Cherry Blossom: Caramelized appelstrudel dumpling with cherry coulis and cream

first production of ‘25 🥟😮‍💨

our dough machine kept overheating so the first 5k dumplings were more sticky than 4 week old chewing gum at the back of a table

but after some screaming and 3 mental breakdowns we made the first 15k korean bbq dumplings of this year 💕

& upcoming caterings - we hope u enjoy them!!
