🇦🇲 Our Director Ulric Nijs made the most of his time in Yerevan during the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles to meet some of Armenia's exciting spirits producers!

He visited Noy Distillery 🥃, one of the country's oldest brandy houses.

He also sat down with Vardan Karapetyan of Vogis Gin 🌿, the first gin producer in Armenia.

And a stop at ARARAT Brandy Company, where head technician Arthem shared some of the craft behind one of Armenia's most iconic labels.

An 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 at major Croatian competitions and at the Spirits Selection since 2023, he is also a Level 2 member of ANAG (Italian National Association of Grappa and Spirits Tasters).

With more than 𝟯𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, Jaroslaw is a recognized figure in the world of premium spirits. He is the 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝘂𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝘁𝗱 and the organizer of 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘄 since 2014, one of the most important whisky events in Central Europe.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the spirits industry, spanning HoReCa, chain retail and independent retail, as well as close 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, Igor brings outstanding expertise and a truly global perspective.
