πŸ₯ˆThe 2nd mead is entitled THE GHOULBLOOD πŸ—‘οΈ

It’s a strong & spiced coriander honey melomel with apricot, lemon, ginger & thyme.

We were thrilled to create a multi-layered flavor: honey sweetness is highlighted by a light ginger spiciness, while the aromatic herbaceous thyme note is beautifully balanced by the fruity acidity of lemon and apricot on the finish.

Bold, aromatic and tempting.

πŸ₯‡The 1st mead is entitled THE WITCHHUNT πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ

It’s a strong & spiced coriander honey melomel with peach & hot peppers blend.

We took the best aromatics from dominating Carolina Reaper and the other peppers used – and achieved a complex taste with rich honey sweetness and a warming (but not burning) finish.

Enjoy every detail of the taste, slowly and thoughtfully.

(A fireplace isn’t required, but for sure will improve the feeling πŸ™Œ)

Our bees fly like butterflies and sting it the proper way! πŸ₯Š

Another unexpected but very cool combo! The sweetness of the pear isperfectly balanced by the basil’s peppery & spicy flavor. 🍐 🍯 🌿

Together with natural polyfloral honey, they create an interesting, refreshing, and multi-layered taste.

We’ve preciscely brewed this 14% mead to enrich it with the perfect balance of the flavors which remind us about Christmas πŸ™
