Everything was on point and value for money at $70. We went during peak hour around 7 pm on a Friday, so there was quite a queue for the order. So best to come early for better choices of seafood too.

Waaaaaa this is the most simple recipe ever. Awal awal baca, mcm hmm…. Tapi sudah rasa, menyanyi tarus!

Nya Gzul Yusof - dengan hanya menggunakan 2 bahan iaitu Baked Beans dan Ikan Mackerel dari Ayam Brand Malaysia setiap masakan pasti mantap dan menyelerakan.

Anyway here’s the recipe!

Bahan bahan:

- Pizza base
- Ayam Brand Baked Beans
- Ayam Brand Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Thyme
- Black pepper
- Tomato

Caranya:
1. Panaskan Oven 200 degrees
2. Letakkan doh pizza di atas dulang
3. Letak Ayam Brand Baked Beans
4. Letakkan Ayam Brand Mackerel yang sudah di mash
5. Tabur Oregano, Pepper dan Mozzarella
6. Bakar sehingga masak (selama lebih kurang 12 menit)
7. Hiaskan dengan Tomato dan Thyme

I think this is my first time having Braised Chicken Rice. I must say I prefer it now over the Steamed version. The chicken was nicely tender and flavored. The rice is so good that I can probably finish it with the soup alone. And yes I ordered the Taugeh, which I usually hate. Just wanna try if they can make me like it... which was just ok. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend if you like chicken rice. Its located in Kiulap, one block with Skechers Outlet and Lili Lingerie. Via
