What a meaningful visit last January 26, 2026!

We had the honor of welcoming the Climate Change Commission PH (CCC) together with esteemed Vice Chairperson & Executive Director Robert E.A. Borje at Filipinas Cacao Heritage Reserve Inc.

A great conversation on climate change mitigation, organic & regenerative farming, and protecting our cacao heritage for future generations. Grateful for research initiatives that uphold the well-being of both farmers and the environment.

Had a great time yesterday hosting the Nomura Research Institute Ltd. for a short cacao farm tour! We were excited to showcase the new devices we're using to better understand the current status and condition of our cacao. These innovative tools will help us find the right solutions to keep our cacao plants healthier and thriving. Looking forward to the positive impact this technology will bring to our farm! 🌱🍫

🌱🌿 We’ve planted Pinto peanut or Mani-manian alongside our cacao for its amazing benefits! This perennial legume is a nitrogen-fixing groundcover that establishes quickly and grows into a dense mat, naturally suppressing weeds. 🌾🌰💚

We’re excited to see the positive impact it will have on both our farm and the environment! 🌍✨

Today, we had the opportunity to dive into the best of agriculture at the Philippines' premier exhibition. From cutting-edge technologies to the latest products in food and aquaculture, we've found everything we need for our farm! 🌱🚜 Had some great conversations with suppliers, collected brochures, and made invaluable connections. Can't wait to bring these resources back to the farm and explore new opportunities! 🤝✨

Had a productive day today with our team! 🫶

We conducted our monthly monitoring and maintenance of our cacao trees planted outside the farm. Plus!!!! we had the opportunity to visit the Auro factory and witness the fascinating process of turning dried cacao beans into delicious chocolate.

This experience has deepened our appreciation for cacao farming and the hard work that goes into creating our favorite treats 🍫
