Many times you ask me how I started professionally in the world of cooking. We tend to position someone who works in the kitchen in restaurants, but the truth is that there are more options.
My journey began on yachts as a sailor in a length of 28 m, life wanted me to offer to create a menu that surprised and there I began to direct my career in this area. Luckily I was growing in length and working with well-known people worldwide, that made me create a good CV.
In this photo the largest length I’ve ever touched 40 m. From there I decided to stay on dry land and on my own... 🙃🙃

Muchas veces me preguntáis como empecé profesionalmente en el mundo de la cocina. Tendemos a posicionar a alguien que trabaja en cocina en restaurantes, pero lo cierto es que existen más opciones.
Mi andadura empezó en yates como marinera en una eslora de 28 m, la vida quiso que me ofreciera a crear un menú que sorprendió y ahí empecé a dirigir mi carrera en este ámbito. Por suerte fui creciendo de eslora y trabajando con personas muy conocidas a nivel mundial, eso me hizo crear un buen cv.
En esta foto la eslora más grande que he tocado 40 m. De ahí decidí seguir en tierra firme y por mi cuenta… 🙃🙃
