My very first customer who was not family or a friend, Ms. SA, expresses her love for my gourmet guava duffs in this video clip!

As it turns out, our little island is so small and interwoven, my mum grew up in the same neighborhood as she did, and "I know you!" was the exclamation when she pulled up curbside for her gourmet duff.

With Ms. SA's permission, I am sharing her video with you, so you can hear firsthand what someone else thinks about my duffs.

Our mutual love for guava duff, real guava duff, real dough, has made us duff sisters for life!

WHY DO I LOVE TO MAKE AND EAT GUAVA DUFF? More than being 1) absolutely delicious, and 2) reminiscent of my childhood and precious family time spent, 3) I regard guava duff preparation as an important way to help preserve authentic Bahamian heritage.
