**The Great Argument Between Hand and Mouth**
Once upon a time, in a very busy human body, there lived two best friends — Hand and Mouth.
At least… they *used* to be best friends.
One morning, Mouth started complaining.
“Excuse me,” said Mouth dramatically, “without me, this human would starve. I do all the eating. I deserve more respect.”
Hand stopped mid-air while holding a samosa.
“Oh really?” Hand replied. “Who brings the food to you? You think samosas just fly in like airplanes landing at Paro Airport?”
Mouth gasped. “I chew! I taste! I speak sweet words! I even say ‘I love you.’ What do you do? Just wave around?”
Hand placed the samosa down. “Wave around? Who writes love letters? Who holds other hands during sad times? Who feeds you when you’re sick? Me!”
They both turned away angrily.
So they decided to go on strike.
Mouth refused to open.
Hand refused to move.
At lunchtime, the human stared sadly at the plate of momo. Hand wouldn’t lift it. Mouth wouldn’t chew it. The stomach started growling like a thunderstorm.
After a while, Mouth whispered, “I’m… actually a little hungry.”
Hand replied softly, “Me too.”
They both looked at the momo.
Hand slowly picked one up.
Mouth slowly opened.
Teamwork happened.
After a few bites, Mouth said, “Okay fine. Maybe we both matter.”
Hand smiled. “Exactly. In relationships, it’s not about who is more important. It’s about working together.”
From that day on, Hand and Mouth stopped competing and started cooperating.
And whenever they argued again (which was often), the stomach would growl loudly to remind them:
“Partnership first. Ego later.” 😄
